Job Description

We are a well-established, London-based estate agency looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to support our Lettings Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.


You will play a key role in ensuring the administrative side of the business is efficient and accurate while providing day-to-day support to our senior management team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing day to day administrative support to our Lettings Directors
  • Maintaining and updating accurate records across our CRM (Qube) and MS Excel
  • Liasing with our Lettings team to arrange key releases/collections
  • Uploading and sending contractual documents via DocuSign
  • Supporting the team with any ad hoc administrative duties as required


The ideal candidate will:


  • Have previous administrative experience (property or estate agency experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, professional attitude


The role:


  • This is an office-based role
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • 31 days holidays (inclusive of UK bank holidays)
