They are seeking a dynamic leader to drive significant growth in inpatient and outpatient services. The Role • Lead and inspire hospital inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives within an IRF and/or LTCH setting. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Guide, train, and develop a dedicated Business Development team. • Develop strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. • Monitor critical numbers, operational and financial metrics, and progress towards goals. • Communicate market opportunities and threats to senior management and collaborate with leadership on new product lines. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting. • Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare. • Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred. • Understanding of operational and financial metrics, marketing operations, admission processes, and reimbursement systems. • Knowledge of physician relations, case management, managed care, and the local healthcare market is preferred. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
