Position: Java Delivery Manager

Location: New York, NY

 

Job Description:

Backend Ecosystem

• Core Java & Spring: Deep understanding of Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
• Data Layer: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Architecture: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

 

Frontend Ecosystem

• Angular Framework: Strong grasp of Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
• Web Basics: Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design.

 

DevOps & Cloud

• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

 

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 10 years in software engineering, with 4+ years in a delivery/project management role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP is good to have .
