Job Title: Student Accommodation Assistant

Pay: £12.22 per hour, Monday-Friday 1-5pm

We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our student accommodation team. This role is varied and hands-on, supporting the day-to-day running of the residence and ensuring a welcoming environment for students and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide reception cover, greeting residents and visitors in a professional manner Handle telephone and email inquiries, offering helpful information and support Assist with basic administrative tasks and record keeping Show prospective tenants around available rooms and flats Support the accommodation team with any additional duties as required About You

Good communication and customer service skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage a range of tasks Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team A positive and approachable manner when dealing with students and customers This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a lively, student-focused environment.
