Job Description

Title: Consultant AI Service Delivery Lead Job ID: 26-03040 Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) on W2 contract

Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or Marketing Technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, or similar AI/Automation platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, CRM, DAM, or related enterprise platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Job Summary:

Seeking an AI Service Delivery Lead to serve as a blended Project Manager (40%) and Technical Lead (60%) supporting AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive delivery of AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and process flows
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and technical workshops
  • Develop or support proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code/no-code platforms
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Coordinate across Marketing, IT, business teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, automation, or technology delivery
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology workflows and business processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Transformation, or AI Transformation
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, chatbots, or automation tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management, and project governance
  • Experience working with IT, Security, Data, Compliance, and Governance teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $88.46 per hour.
