Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Benefits Analyst to manage and support complex health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs. This individual contributor will lead benefits initiatives, vendor relationships, compliance activities, data analysis, and Open Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve assigned benefits programs.
• Lead vendor management, RFPs, negotiations, performance reviews, and escalations.
• Lead plan redesigns, implementations, harmonization, and Open Enrollment.
• Perform benefits data analysis, modeling, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Monitor compliance with COBRA, ACA, ERISA, IRS, and HIPAA requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions and program improvements.
• Develop reports and provide guidance to Benefits Analysts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement plans.
• Strong understanding of COBRA, ACA, ERISA, IRS, and HIPAA.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS/HR management systems.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex benefits programs and initiatives.
