Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in capacity planning, labor and material planning, OEE modeling, manufacturing analytics, and Lean principles to improve factory performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Mandatory Skills
  • 7+ years of Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
  • Capacity Planning & Equipment Planning
  • Labor Planning & Material Planning
  • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Modeling
  • PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
  • PFMEA
  • Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
  • Manufacturing Cost (COGS) Modeling
  • Business Case Analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV, Cost-Benefit Analysis)
  • Strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with cross-functional manufacturing operations
Preferred Skills
  • Greenfield/Brownfield manufacturing projects
  • CAPEX planning
  • Factory simulation tools (FlexSim, Simio, AnyLogic)
  • Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • AI-driven manufacturing analytics
