We are seeking an experienced Java Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Development, and AI/Generative AI integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing scalable backend systems, developing and integrating APIs, leading technical discussions, and implementing AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, GenAI platforms, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions.
• Define API standards, security, versioning, error handling, and integration patterns.
• Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, databases, and cloud services.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services.
• Lead end-to-end API development from requirement analysis through production deployment.
• Create and review HLD, LLD, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into Java-based applications.
• Develop backend services that interact with LLMs and AI platforms.
• Build AI-powered solutions such as intelligent assistants, chatbots, document processing, and enterprise search.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures where required.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, AI Engineers, DevOps, QA, and business teams.
