Position: Senior Product Owner / Product Manager – Automotive & Manufacturing

Location: Lisle, Illinois (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week)

Duration: Long-term

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role.
• Strong experience in Automotive and Manufacturing domains.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving end-to-end product development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Boards for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking product delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
