Are you passionate about technology and looking to begin a career in IT? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised IT apprenticeship qualification. You will be supported by experienced professionals and develop skills that can lead to a long-term career in IT support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing first-line IT support to colleagues and customers
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Setting up laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
• Assisting with networking and connectivity issues
• Logging and managing support tickets
• Installing and maintaining IT equipment
• Learning about cybersecurity best practices
• Supporting IT projects and system upgrades

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred
