The Role

• Own and develop production line management systems to drive performance and efficiency.
• Lead efforts to identify equipment and process gaps through data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices, and build operational capability.
• Drive impact by eliminating machine losses and optimising operational procedures.
• Analyse machine data, implement countermeasures, and evolve reporting systems.

What You'll Need

• Strong knowledge of process control and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and coaching skills to influence new ways of working.
• Experience with training, utilising Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to drive change through personal initiative and teamwork.
• A passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
