The Role

• Design and develop advanced hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of application software and systems, including design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging.
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies to solve complex problems.
• Develop data queries for various databases and data repositories.
• Create or implement algorithms to achieve or surpass system performance and functional standards.

What You'll Need

• BS Degree in a technical discipline and 20+ years of technical experience, OR High School Diploma and 24+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
• In-depth understanding of low-level system internals across platforms like Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices.
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
• Demonstrable experience developing Cyber Network Operations (CNO) capabilities and leading development teams.
• Must possess a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance.
