Job Description

About the role

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for lenders - banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs - to automate their collections and legal recovery workflows. As Project Manager, you will own client implementations end-to-end - stationed at the client's office in Mumbai, driving the deployment from kick-off through data migration, UAT, go-live, and adoption.


What you'll do

  • Own the complete implementation lifecycle for enterprise lending clients - plan, execute, and deliver on time
  • Be stationed at the client's Mumbai office as the single point of contact for the deployment
  • Map the client's existing collections and legal processes and translate them into platform configurations and workflows
  • Coordinate data migration - loan files, legal documents, notice templates, jurisdiction mappings - working closely with client IT and ops teams
  • Plan and run UAT cycles with client teams, track issues to closure with our product and engineering teams
  • Train client users across legal, collections, and operations teams, and drive adoption post go-live
  • Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, and risks; publish weekly status reports to client leadership and our internal team
  • Surface product gaps and client feature requests back to the product team


What we're looking for

  • 2-6 years of experience in software implementation or project delivery, preferably in BFSI - core banking, LOS/LMS, collections platforms, or fintech SaaS
  • Hands-on experience deploying software at client sites: requirement gathering, configuration, migration, UAT, go-live
  • Based in Mumbai and comfortable working out of client offices full-time, with high ownership and minimal supervision
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills; ability to understand loan and legal data structures
  • Exposure to NBFC/bank/ARC operations, collections, or SARFAESI processes is a strong plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management - you'll work with everyone from ops executives to CXOs
  • Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally outside based on client needs
