Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of IT project management experience to lead large-scale enterprise projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise IT projects.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, executives, product owners, architects, developers, QA, and vendors.
• Track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and PMO standards.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party engagements.
• Coordinate release planning and production deployments.
• Support executive leadership with dashboards, KPIs, and project health reporting.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Telecom domains is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master''s degree preferred.
