The Role • Develop long-term advertising relationships with local businesses in the Morgantown, WV area. • Visit an average of 15 local businesses daily to promote billboard and out-of-home advertising solutions. • Meet and exceed sales objectives through professional sales techniques and community engagement. • Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts within the assigned territory. • Utilize company tools to research prospects, prepare proposals, and present advertising solutions. • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows to enhance skills and product knowledge. What You'll Need • Comfort with face-to-face and cold calling sales activities. • Ability to make compelling oral presentations and articulate policies clearly. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. • Self-motivation, effective time management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. • A valid Driver's License is required. What's On Offer • First-year earning potential of $55,000 - $80,000, including commission, with no earning cap. • Comprehensive training program, including access to corporate sales school. • Monthly allowances for auto and cell phone use. • A Monday-Friday work schedule with paid holidays.
