Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: "NPSS", "Gas Turbine Performance Modeling", "Gas Turbine Operability Modeling"
• Experience developing thermodynamic models for gas turbine engines using NPSS (Numerical Propulsion System Simulation).
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering.
• 7 years of experience with turbine engine Performance & Operability Modeling and Analysis.
• Expert understanding of gas turbine engine steady state and transient thermodynamics and physics
• Highly skilled and experienced with building, debugging, and refining NPSS engine cycle models.
• Productive mentoring skills that result in technical growth, particularly with NPSS modeling.
• Experience in MBSE environments and connecting NPSS models to MBSE tools such as Cameo
• Professional verbal & written communication skills; adept in presenting to upper leadership and customers .
