Job Overview

As Manager, Business Intelligence you'll use your analytical and problem solving skills to help achieve even more for all who need us. The role is to lead a team of Analytics Business Partners with the goal of enabling the organisation through the development and support of high quality business intelligence tools that provide the right information to the right person at the right time through the right channel. This role leads the business engagement and enablement of analytics and continuously improves the way data is used to deliver high quality and timely care to the patients, clients and residents of Mercy Health.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high performing team of Analytics Business Partners.
  • Develop, support and maintain high quality business intelligence tools.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to enable analytics adoption throughout the organisation.
  • Continuously improve data utilisation to deliver timely and high quality care.
  • Ensure tools and processes meet public health and aged care operational requirements.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead a high performing team.
  • Strong business and data analytical skills.
  • Problem solving and process improvement skills.
  • Capability to distil valuable insights from large and disparate data sets.
  • Knowledge and competence in Microsoft PowerBI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.
  • Understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control.
  • Understanding of public health and aged care operations.
  • Understanding and experience in predictive artificial intelligence.
