Must-Have Skills

• 5–7 years BI/Analytics experience
• 3+ years hands-on Power BI
• Power BI Reports, Semantic Models & DAX
• Databricks, Delta Lake, DBT
• Source-to-Target Mapping & Data Validation
• KPI/Metrics Validation with Business Stakeholders
• Oracle Fusion ERP migration experience (preferred)
• Troubleshoot reporting/data issues independently
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams
• Experience reverse-engineering legacy reports and delivering production-ready Power BI solutions
• Strong communication and ability to manage sprint deliverables independently
