Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Hardware & PCB Engineer to support development of complex, high-performance electronic platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with board-level design and be comfortable working with high-density, high-speed hardware architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture and development of complex electronic boards.
- Work closely with electrical, PCB, mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering teams.
- Review schematics and provide design feedback throughout the board development cycle.
- Support component placement, routing strategy, stack-up development, and design reviews.
- Analyze board-level performance and assist with design optimization.
- Participate in prototype builds, engineering evaluation, and design iterations.
- Support manufacturing and engineering teams during prototype and production transitions.
- Maintain design documentation, libraries, and engineering standards.
- Investigate and resolve hardware issues identified during development and testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in PCB or hardware engineering.
- Experience with complex digital hardware platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PCB design and development processes.
- Experience with industry-standard PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro or equivalent.
- Understanding of controlled impedance, signal quality, power distribution, and high-density board design.
- Strong understanding of engineering design review and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-speed computing or networking hardware.
- Experience with DDR, SerDes, or other high-speed technologies.
- Exposure to FPGA, SoC, processor, or accelerator-based systems.
- Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity concepts.
- Experience with HDI and advanced PCB fabrication technologies.
- Experience supporting server, storage, networking, or semiconductor platforms.
