Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and CMDB modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server integrations.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Self-Service Portal.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
