Media Buyer (iGaming) - EU

The Mission

We aren’t looking for an agency e-commerce media buyer whose entire playbook relies on setting up basic Facebook catalog ads or broad Google Search campaigns. We need a battle-tested Media Buyer who understands the underground mechanics of iGaming, sweepstakes, and gaming user acquisition.

Your mission is simple: aggressively scale profitable user acquisition across Pack.com while protecting backend LTV. You know that standard ad networks hit compliance walls fast, so your edge lies in navigating grey-hat compliance, leveraging specialized gaming DSPs, buying direct inventory on CS2/gaming hubs, running Telegram/Discord ad networks, and amplifying creator traffic.

You will have direct ownership over capital, zero bureaucratic hand-holding, and total freedom to test high-converting hooks, native angles, and aggressive funnel setups. If you know how to bypass ad account friction, find unexploited traffic pockets, and turn high-intent gamers into high-LTV players, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities

• Niche Gaming & iGaming Channel Buying: Programmatically buy and optimize media across crypto-gaming DSPs, specialized ad networks (e.g., A-Ads, Coinzilla, BuySellAds), high-traffic streaming networks (Twitch, Kick), and direct publisher placements across CS2 skin marketplaces, stat-trackers, and gaming wikis.
• Telegram, Discord & Community Traffic: Run performance-driven paid placements, native sponsorships, and direct response campaigns inside high-volume gaming, skin trading, and iGaming Telegram channels and Discord hubs.
• Influencer Paid-Media Amplification: Whitelist and run dark posts through mid-tier gaming creators and Kick/Twitch streamers, amplifying organic creator reach with paid budget.
• Alternative Traffic Networks: Leverage high-volume native networks (Taboola, Revcontent), pop/under networks, and programmatic video ad networks tailored for adult, gaming, and sweepstakes demographics.

• iGaming / Sweepstakes Direct Experience: Mandatory track record managing paid media campaigns directly within iGaming, online casinos, sweepstakes, sports betting, or crypto-gaming platforms.
• Proven Scale & Budget Management: Demonstrated history of managing tens (or hundreds) of thousands of dollars in monthly ad spend profitably.
• Technical Ad Setup & Compliance: Mastery of ad account structures, pixel tracking, server-to-server (S2S) tracking, cloaking/compliance workflows, and bypass strategies for platform restrictions.
• Direct-Response Mindset: Deep understanding of user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and direct-response advertising hooks that convert gamers and bettors.
• Data & Analytics Fluency: Ability to analyze raw campaign data, perform funnel attribution, and adjust bid strategies based on backend player value and LTV metrics rather than surface-level CTRs.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• CS2 / Gaming Market Knowledge: Authentic pulse on CS2 skin marketplaces, loot box platforms, and gamer demographics.
• Alternative Traffic Networks: Experience buying traffic on native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent), specialized gaming DSPs, or direct publisher deals.
