Need an infrastructure focused PM

• Doesn t need to be anymore domain specific
• Network/access points
• Security standards
• If they are picking up a new hauling or transfer station they are little tiny offices with a ton of equipment the offices are all unsophisticated they have a company they use for sites right now but they have people right now trying to do the infra PM but neither are truly project managers

Reports to the Lead of the PMO, under the transformation office (former CIO)

• Needed to create a transformation office because M&A has not been transformed
• Now they have the right systems to move acquisitions to didn t have this before

o Slowly catching up with the legacy systems

o Using Deloitte right now for the getting caught up stuff, but CTO has said he doesn t want Deloitte to be all encompassing

Has some good people from them quality has been solid

Close relationship with Deloitte

o Sara will be in the acquisition pipeline to help streamline and set up integrating new company

Casella

• Hauling residential/commercial
• Transfer stations and hauling stations (60+ locations)
• Landfills or recycling centers/MRF (material recycling facility)

o They try to sell what they can- make income form this

o Have their own landfills or pay for someone else s site

• Organics
• Medical/specialty waste

Lot of acquisitions

• Companies on their own systems that are hauling or transfer station (sometimes recycling but rarely)
• Constant acquisition pipeline and system migration pipeline
