Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and MLOps expertise. The engineer will work closely with digital engineering teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, IAM, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, cloud networking, and AI/MLOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflows.
• Create and deploy Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation templates.
• Manage AWS IAM roles, policies, permissions, and security configurations.
• Support AWS MLOps and AI platforms, including SageMaker Notebooks, Amazon Bedrock, ECS, EKS, and related services.
• Troubleshoot cloud connectivity, networking, firewall, IAM, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Partner with engineering teams as the DevOps point of contact for cloud deployment and infrastructure support.
• Support application development, build, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting activities.
• Work independently on complex infrastructure and application-related technical issues.
• Establish and promote DevOps, CI/CD, security, automation, and software quality best practices.
• Perform integration and acceptance testing to ensure reliable and high-quality deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support, including occasional off-hours/weekend support when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5 7+ years of DevOps Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience creating and deploying infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong AWS experience with MLOps and AI services, including:
  • Amazon SageMaker / SageMaker Notebooks
  • Amazon Bedrock
  • ECS
  • EKS
  • IAM
• Experience managing AWS IAM roles, policies, permissions, and access controls.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, firewall, connectivity, and security configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud and application environments.
• Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Associate or Professional-level certification in DevOps, Development, Solutions Architecture, or related areas.
• Azure Associate or Professional-level cloud certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs for AI/ML workloads.
• Understanding of GPU security, cybersecurity, governance, and access controls for AI environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI/ML and MLOps platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
