The Role • Ensure the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers. • Assist with stocking shelves, product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems. • Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts. • Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with ideally some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead). • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, passionate about motivating others. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently. • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts in coordination with management.
