The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations and adherence to company standards. • Consult and support customers from order intake to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and day-to-day order processing and scheduling. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with experience as a Master Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to obtain the required certification or already be certified as an Operations Manager (HWK). • A strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Valid driver's license (Class B) and proficiency in German and PC skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaborations. • Commitment to company values and inclusive work environment.
