Responsibilities- Protect the sport from integrity threats such as safeguarding children and young people, anti doping, anti corruption, and member protection.
- Investigate alleged breaches of Tennis Australia's national policies that undermine the integrity of our sport.
- Lead, manage and mentor Tennis Australia's network of State Integrity Officers.
- Manage issues that relate to Tennis Australia's national policies and guidelines, including developing prevention strategies, investigating alleged breaches, monitoring compliance and gathering intelligence.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sport is safe, fair and inclusive.
- Assist in the delivery of education workshops and seminars that promote role model behaviours and protect the sport against integrity threats.
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including the International Tennis Integrity Agency, Sport Integrity Australia, police and government authorities and State Member Association partners.
- Assist in the development of new policies and rules and new content and material for coach and official accreditation programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in sport management or integrity (preferred).
- Certificate IV (or higher) in Investigations.
- Ability to perform under pressure in situations.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to manage conflict.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
