OverviewBuild What Matters
The Full Stack Engineer is an ownership role responsible for product outcomes end-to-end: from shaping technical approaches and building features through to release, reliability, and production performance.
At Sitemate, engineers combine strong technical craft with product thinking and delivery ownership. You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside Product Design Managers to define problems, shape solutions, implement clean and scalable systems, and take responsibility for what ships - including how it behaves once live.
Engineering, product, and delivery are not separate handoffs here; they operate as one integrated team. We believe the future of product development in an AI-accelerated world belongs to engineers who can think beyond tickets - they own outcomes and deliver at speed with AI.
Employment:- Full-time
- Based: Sydney, Australia or Melbourne, Australia
- Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $85,000 - $115,000 pending your experience
