Payroll analyst

What they will be doing:

• Building out and collecting data for KPI s
• Biweekly reconciliation Workday to ADP
• Quarter End / Year End processes
• Quite a few audits
• Researching tax information to make sure employees are set up properly
• Conversion to 3rd party Project
• Payroll Tax Experience and understanding of how it works
• Excel Pivot Tables, VLookups, cross analysis advanced skills required here
• Working directly with a Sr Payroll Tax Analyst
• May work with HR Service Center to support and field questions that come from others, but primarily working with Payroll.

Must Haves:

• Some payroll experience in order to understand the process flow
• Assistance with pulling data for state/fed requests Workday and ADP
• Minimum of 2-3 yrs of experience doing this kind of work is required.
• Systems ADP Smart Compliance and Workday these are highly preferred bc they don t want to train on these and they are hoping someone comes in with a level that they can make suggestions from that experience as well.
• Workday Payroll exp all reporting comes from here, evaluate info on employee records
• ADP Smart Compliance key understanding to be able to navigate
• Preferred:
• Certified Payroll Professional, but NOT required. It s more about the on the job experience.
