Job Description
Our client is a New York based marketing client, specializing in biotech. They are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team as a contractor. This role is 100% remote. Please read below to determine if this is a fit.
- Initial contract is for 2 months with option for renewal.
- Unable to consider candidates with work visa transfer or sponsorship needs (now or in the future).
- No 3rd parties.
- W2 hourly only
- Rate is $60-68/hr W2------**100% remote (must be US based)**
As a Senior Data Analyst you will be responsible for investigating complex business problems using a combination of structured and unstructured datasets and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, integrate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop scalable analytics solutions and automate workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate insights.
- Use Python and AI-assisted tools to build analytical models and rapidly prototype solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business strategy and decision-making.
- Create clear visualizations and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including business, strategy, operations, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, business intelligence, marketing analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and modeling.
- Experience working with SQL and cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and build repeatable analytical processes.
- Experience analyzing customer, behavioral, digital, geographic, marketing, or operational datasets.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, trend analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Curious, self-driven, and adaptable, with an interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve analytics and business outcomes.
