Human Resources Manager

Gryphon Place seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our crisis intervention and 2-1-1 nonprofit in Kalamazoo, MI. In this role, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations; oversee benefits, leaves, and HR records; and ensure compliance with employment laws and nonprofit standards. You will design and support training, performance management, and wellness initiatives rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care. Partner with leadership to build an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports staff working in crisis and suicide prevention, conflict resolution, and community programs.
