Retail Sales Associate

Carter’s is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for families shopping our baby and children’s apparel. In this customer-facing role, you’ll greet and assist shoppers, recommend products, and maintain strong knowledge of Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh styles, promotions, and sizes. You’ll process transactions accurately, restock and merchandise product to brand standards, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. Working in a collaborative, family-focused culture, you’ll meet sales goals, support store events, and help ensure every visit feels welcoming, inclusive, and fun for young families.
