We are looking for ServiceNow HRSD - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Santa Clara, CA

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Overall 7+ years of work experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role, delivering ServiceNow HRSD product line implementations for large organizations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge with the ability to resolve technical issues while understanding process nuances and KPIs critical for HR operations.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery products.
  • Deep-rooted expertise and an active presence in the HR industry, leveraging domain knowledge to shape product strategy.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, process owners, engineers, sales, and marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Use AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and analyze AI-driven insights.
  • Explore AI s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
