Responsibilities

• Manage production operations and system reliability
• Monitor applications and resolve production issues
• Lead incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
• Oversee production deployments and operational readiness
• Support MFT, batch processing, and EDI transactions
• Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence
• Lead and mentor production support teams

• Healthcare/TennCare experience
• Large enterprise production support environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
