Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: -AI, Compliance, Program Management
• Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving any blocking issues to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews, focusing on unblocking critical review and approval stages.
• Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns, with a focus on maintaining transparency in the review and approval processes.
• Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges, with detailed insights into the review and approval stages.
• Coordinate with privacy stakeholders to align and document best practices for approvals.
• Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed, with a keen focus on potential blockers in the review and approval processes.
• Researching, cataloging, and annotating AI Research assets, requiring high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Utilizing Google Sheets/Excel for data exploration and analysis to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI research landscape and tools, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
