Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Rights & Royalties Management to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role requires a hands-on functional leader who can drive end-to-end solution delivery, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP Vistex, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and optimize rights, licensing, royalty, and settlement processes.
• Configure and support SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties functionality to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with SAP functional, technical, integration, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
• Support data validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Mentor offshore support teams and establish best practices for ongoing application support.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer activities and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to managed services.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Vistex, including extensive expertise in Rights & Royalties Management.
• Proven experience leading functional workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong background in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Experience working closely with business users to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring offshore teams and supporting long-term operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Knowledge of embedded SAP Vistex capabilities within S/4HANA and related integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Rights & Royalties implementations across complex business environments.
