Key Responsibilities

•                 Own the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release and environment management strategy across ERP and integrated enterprise applications.

•                 Manage release governance, deployment approvals, cutover planning, rollback procedures, production validations, and hypercare activities.

•                 Coordinate SAP cloud upgrades, feature adoption, regression testing, business readiness, and release impact assessments.

•                 Oversee environment planning and configuration synchronization across SAP's 3-system landscape, including rebaseline and merge activities for parallel workstreams.

•                 Lead release readiness reviews and coordinate deployments across functional, technical, integration, security, data, and vendor teams.

•                 Drive continuous improvement through release automation, environment governance, defect reduction, change management, and operational performance reporting.
