ORACLE EBS Supply chain Lead

Job title: ORACLE EBS Supply chain hands on Techo Functional lead / Architect

Location: Everett, WA 98203 Hybrid

Duration : Long Term

·        Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM solution design and implementation initiatives.

·        Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution recommendations.

·        Define scalable architecture for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM environments.

·        Drive global rollout, cutover planning, change management, and post-go-live support activities.

·        Provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders on Supply Chain and Manufacturing best practices.

·        Drive governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards following AIM/OUM methodologies.

Application Support & AMS

·        Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.

·        Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes following ITIL standards.

·        Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.

·        Monitor concurrent programs, workflows, interfaces, and custom applications to ensure system stability.

·        Maintain SLA compliance and service performance metrics.
