Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a large and complex technology environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of applications into enterprise identity platforms while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, effective vendor management, and successful project outcomes.

As a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will drive delivery activities, manage project financials, and ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & IAM Integration
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of application onboarding initiatives across enterprise IAM platforms.
  • Oversee the delivery of identity-related services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and User Access Governance capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business units and application owners throughout the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate project updates to senior leadership and customers.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings to support successful project delivery.
Commercial & Financial Management
  • Prepare project estimates, forecasts, and budgets for onboarding activities.
  • Obtain required approvals and ensure effective management of project costs.
  • Negotiate delivery timelines, scope, and commercial arrangements with stakeholders and service providers.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting on project expenditure and resource utilisation.
About You
  • Proven experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and technologies.
  • Experience delivering projects involving IAM capabilities such as SSO, RBAC, PAM, Lifecycle Management, and Access Governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong financial management, planning, and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience delivering Cyber Security or Identity Transformation programs.
  • Exposure to enterprise IAM platforms and cloud-based identity solutions.
  • Experience working with external vendors, managed service providers, and consulting partners.
  • Relevant Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.
