The Role • Operate passenger trains safely and in compliance with all regulations. • Drive trains within a national network, departing from Berlin. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers. • Perform pre- and post-operation checks to guarantee service readiness. • Maintain positive and professional communication with passengers. What You'll Need • Completed certification as a train driver (TfV Klasse A+B1 or VDV 753 Klasse 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge from Berlin is considered an advantage. • High awareness of safety and responsibility. • Strong communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
