IT Support Specialist - Onsite Helpdesk Champion

William Buck is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team. You will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for providing excellent customer and technical on-site service to the SA office in an efficient, personal, and professional manner.

You will be responsible for: responding to IT tickets, prioritising tasks, administering IT systems and users, managing asset assignments and providing necessary training to staff.
