Senior Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader to support a large-scale Business and Technology Modernization (BTM) program. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, facilitating Agile delivery, coaching teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple software development teams.
Active CSM or PSM II (or higher) certification required.
Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing team velocity, and removing impediments.
Proven ability to coach teams on Agile principles, drive organizational change, and promote psychological safety.
Experience working within enterprise Agile frameworks and continuous improvement processes.
Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
Prior experience in government or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Agile certifications such as CSP, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations and modernization initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
