Workday Absence Management SME - Seminole Hardrock Support Services - Remote - $60/hr w2

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Absence Management plans.

• Ability to review current absence configurations and identify gaps, issues, and inefficiencies.

• Experience investigating PTO migrations, validating accrual balances, and correcting inaccurate employee data.

• Strong knowledge of PTO plans, leave rules, eligibility, accruals, and property-specific exceptions.

• Experience handling Workday Help Workspace tickets and resolving employee absence-related questions.

• Ability to consolidate multiple absence plans and recommend standardized Workday best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience performing data analysis and root cause investigation.

• Ability to train internal teams, improve documentation, and support future absence governance processes.
