Compensation
Pay Range:$90,000 -$110,000 Per Year

Description
Join our team in the Richburg, SC region as a Senior Cost Analyst, a full-time role focused on cost estimation and inventory accounting. 
You will support production operations, drive month-end close processes, and engage in process improvement initiatives using enterprise resource planning systems and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance resource, providing insights to operations and management.
Monitor and reconcile inventory batches, ensuring accurate accounting throughout manufacturing.
Assist in planning processes for costs and department budgets.
Lead month-end closing activities and support annual inventory counts.
Analyze and report on cost-saving initiatives and financial impacts of projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting/cost experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with inventory transactions and variance analysis.
Experience in midsize to large manufacturing companies is preferred.
MBA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
