Role: Salesforce BSA Quote, Asset & Order Management

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Quote-to-Cash processes with focus on Quote Asset MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset-based quoting requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ/Industries Quote Asset functionality for amendments, renewals, and asset lifecycle management.
• Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design scalable Quote, Asset, and Order Management solutions.
• Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and acceptance criteria for MACD-related enhancements.
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect resolution across Quote, Asset, and Order Management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between quoting, asset management, order orchestration, and downstream billing systems.
• Provide production support, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement recommendations for Quote-to-Cash operations.
