Job Description

• Credential Capgemini''s market reputation and industry "thought leadership" in SAP solutions.
• Proactively look to find, position and apply new technology/solutions in SAP to gain an early mover advantage in the market.
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in multiple areas: SAP RTR, SAP OTC, SAP DTS.
• Work with solutions teams to support product development activities.
• Good knowledge of overall SAP product (SAP S/4 HANA).
• Evaluate all business requirements and propose an SAP solution that provides an integrated approach for all project activities.
• Own and QA the solution and scope.
• Provide business value to the client by applying technology-enabled solutions to address client objectives.
• Work with solutions teams to support product development activities.
• Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their effectiveness in field delivery and market enablement.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
• Create a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-directed and possess strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with client management.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena.
