Role Description The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual designs that support branding and marketing initiatives for Mane Developers' real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for digital and print media, designing layouts for brochures, social media posts, presentations, and web assets, and collaborating with marketing and project teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual concepts. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all materials, preparing design files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong Creative Design abilities, including concept development and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Experience in Branding, with the ability to create and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple channels.
• Skills in Web Design, including designing user-friendly layouts and visual elements for websites and digital platforms.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric approach to design.
• Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or property marketing design will be an added advantage.
