Overview

We are supporting a major UK organisation that has recently secured a significant transformation programme and is looking to engage an experienced Senior Workday HCM Consultant on an initial contract basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working as part of a high-performing Workday delivery team on a large-scale public sector programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a large-scale Workday HCM transformation programme.
• Configure and optimise Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and integration capabilities where required.
• Provide Workday best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM implementations or transformation programmes.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM .
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Extend .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within large, complex programme environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote delivery team.
• Candidates must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.
