Sales & Design Consultant Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, high-end retail, or hospitality sales
• Proven ability to sell to both consumers and trade professionals
• Strong understanding of luxury interiors and furniture
• Experience creating 3D renderings and space plans
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and commercially minded
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow new business

Sales & Design Consultant Preferred Background & Skills

• Proficiency with design programs such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Microsoft Office
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury interiors and design
• Confident presenting to clients and trade partners
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Sales & Design Consultant Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and consistently exceed targets
• Build and maintain relationships with retail consumers and design professionals
• Create 3D renderings, mood boards, and furniture layouts to support client projects
• Advise clients on furniture selection, finishes, lighting, accessories, and styling
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and ensure successful sales closure
• Support showroom events and networking activities with designers and industry partners
