Project Manager

Overview

Ventia is delivering excellence across the Telstra contract - and we're looking for a Project Manager with electrical experience to lead operations with precision, safety, and strategic insight. The role is within our Telecommunications Team and involves leading the safe and efficient delivery of projects across our SITE Statement of Works, from planning and scheduling to contractor management and client engagement.

You'll oversee production targets, ensure subcontractor and workforce efficiency, and deliver on cost, time, and quality KPIs - while maintaining a sharp focus on safety and stakeholder satisfaction.

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects
• Oversee workforce and subcontractor performance across multiple sites
• Monitor progress using Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Build strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to financial performance through smart, cost-effective decisions

What You'll Bring

• Previous project management experience in Electrical Services
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and facilities infrastructure
• Skilled in tools like Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS
• A practical understanding of building compliance and O&M best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Electrical licence desirable, but not essential
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Salary and Benefits

• $140,000 salary (inclusive of super) + Vehicle Allowance
