Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Design and configure compensation plans, crediting rules, commission calculations, quotas, earnings, and payment processes.
• Configure participant management, incentive plans, payment schedules, and approval workflows.
• Design complex compensation models supporting sales, channel partners, and incentive programs.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation with Oracle ERP, HCM, CX, CRM, Payroll, and third-party applications.
• Develop functional and technical design documents, solution architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and system testing activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, FBDI, and BI Publisher.
• Support security configuration, role-based access, auditing, and compliance requirements.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.
• Participate in solution reviews, client workshops, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Oracle Applications experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM).
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects.
• Experience designing complex sales compensation and commission plans.
• Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation business processes.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Security and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and reporting.
• Experience with FBDI, HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and data migration.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Salesforce, Oracle CX, or other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, Payroll, or CX Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to multinational compensation and commission models.
• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
